Happy World Kindness Day!💖 November 13th is a powerful reminder that our actions matter.
Kindness is not just a feeling, it is a daily choice. You have the power to be the reason someone else knows there is good in the world.
Make that choice today, be kind on purpose!

We loved hearing this beautiful sentiment from parent Rachael Fruge-Jones: "Parenting is a Gift that Keeps on Giving, and I thank God for it Every Day!"
Let’s honor this month by strengthening the connection between home, school, and community. Your engagement is the key to our students' success! ❤️

I want to take a moment to give honor to and thank the remarkable men and women who have served in our United States Armed Forces. I would especially like to recognize and honor the veterans who are employees of the St. Landry Parish School District, as well as the veterans from our SLP community.
I am grateful for your courage, sacrifice, and love of country. Your willingness to step forward and serve, often under the most challenging circumstances, has secured the freedoms that we, and generations to come, will enjoy.
May you feel the deep respect and appreciation of a grateful nation and community. Veterans, thank you for your service,
Happy Veterans Day! 🇺🇸
